What we're seeing
At IR PREP, chronic absenteeism has risen 45% over the 5-year window — from 98.2% in 2015 to 141.9% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 70.2% above in 2015 to 113.9% above in 2020.
