What we're seeing
At JUVENILE OFFENDERS PROGRAM, chronic absenteeism has been essentially flat over the 5-year window — from 69.2% in 2015 to 69.2% in 2020. The gap vs US average of ~28% is roughly flat (~41.2% above).
